The French Business School has obtained AACSB International Accreditation for the third time in a row, the accreditation will be valid for 6 years. This accomplishment allows EM Normandie to retain its “Triple Crown”, which includes three major accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) holded only by 1% of Business Schools worldwide.
EM Normandie first earned the renowned AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation in 2014, followed by a renewal in 2019. This recognition comes after a rigorous audit that evaluates several aspects, including the school’s excellence, relevance of its mission and strategy, the qualifications of its faculty, the quality of its programs, student support, as well as its ability to innovate and continuously improve.
AACSB auditors highlighted the significant progress made by EM Normandie since last audit. They expressed being “impressed by the innovative projects led by dynamic teams and the commitment of all stakeholders to the strategy of School for All, School for Life, School for Good.”
Auditors also highlighted key improvements in the following areas:
- The school’s versatility in turning its “School for All, School for Life, School for Good” strategy into concrete initiatives aimed at preparing future generations for a sustainable world, contributing to societal transformation, and positioning itself as an organization with positive social and environmental impact by 2030.
- A strong focus on inclusivity, particularly in supporting students with disabilities.
- The quality and diversity of its program portfolio, with a distinctive expertise in logistics and Supply Chain management.
- The emphasis on international exposure, which is central to the learning experience for all students.
- Pedagogical innovations, particularly the integration of EdTech in many courses, and comprehensive training for faculty in tech and AI tools.
- The expansion of its on-campus incubator, offering students hands-on entrepreneurship training and support for their start-up projects.
- The strength and vibrancy of the EM Normandie Alumni network, boasting over 26,000 members worldwide.
